Chiều ngày 13/10/2026, ThS., Luật sư, Trọng tài viên Nguyễn Trung Hiếu – Giám đốc LexNovum Lawyers đã tham gia và có phần trình bày tại tọa đàm trực tuyến “DPO – Trách nhiệm mới hay cơ hội nghề nghiệp?” do VTA phối hợp cùng Viện đào tạo ACC và Công ty An ninh mạng 405CYSE tổ chức.

Trong buổi tọa đàm, Luật sư Nguyễn Trung Hiếu đã chia sẻ về toàn cảnh bức tranh pháp lý về dữ liệu tại Việt Nam, từ mối liên kết giữa Luật Dữ liệu, Luật Trí tuệ nhân tạo, Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, Luật An ninh mạng, Luật Bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng đến các quy định đang được định hướng trong giai đoạn dự thảo. Qua đó, Luật sư Nguyễn Trung Hiếu phân tích tác động tổng thể của khung pháp lý này đối với hoạt động doanh nghiệp, đồng thời làm rõ các yêu cầu tuân thủ và trách nhiệm pháp lý mà doanh nghiệp cần lưu ý trong bối cảnh hiện nay. On the afternoon of October 13, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu, LL.M., Lawyer and Arbitrator, Director of LexNovum Lawyers, participated in and delivered a presentation at the webinar “DPO – A New Responsibility or a Career Opportunity?”, organized by VTA in collaboration with the ACC Training Institute and 405CYSE Cyber Security Company.

In addition to the presentation, the Q&A session facilitated practical discussions on corporate compliance practices and the role of personnel responsible for personal data protection (Data Protection Officer – DPO). As an emerging professional role in Vietnam, the DPO position requires further clarification and integration into corporate governance structures.
