Theo đó, Cẩm nang tập trung làm rõ 04 nhóm nội dung chính: (i) Tổng quan về Luật An ninh mạng; (ii) Những nội dung đáng chú ý của Luật An ninh mạng; (iii) Các điều kiện bảo đảm thi hành Luật An ninh mạng; và (iv) Việc tổ chức triển khai thi hành Luật An ninh mạng trên thực tế.

Với cách trình bày ngắn gọn, dễ tiếp cận, đây là một tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích giúp doanh nghiệp và cá nhân có cái nhìn tổng quan về khung pháp lý điều chỉnh hoạt động trên không gian mạng, đồng thời nâng cao nhận thức và ý thức tuân thủ pháp luật trong môi trường số.

Along with the rapid advancement of technology and digital transformation, cyber-related violations have become increasingly sophisticated, ranging from online fraud and asset misappropriation to the dissemination of false information and infringements upon the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals.
