[HOT] CẨM NANG LUẬT BẢO VỆ DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN

Mới đây, Cục An ninh mạng và Phòng, chống tội phạm sử dụng công nghệ cao – Bộ Công an đã cho ra mắt Cẩm nang Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, gồm 07 nội dung chính như: (i) Khái niệm dữ liệu cá nhân (“DLCN”), (ii) Vai trò các bên trong xử lý DLCN; (iii) Các hoạt động xử lý DLCN; (iv) Quyền của chủ thể và trách nhiệm các bên; (v) Thủ tục hành chính về bảo vệ DLCN; (vi) Kỹ năng bảo vệ DLCN; và (vii) Hỏi đáp.

Đây là một tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân đã chính thức có hiệu lực và các yêu cầu tuân thủ ngày càng được chú trọng đối với hoạt động thu thập, lưu trữ, sử dụng, chia sẻ và xử lý DLCN. Doanh nghiệp và cá nhân có thể tham khảo Cẩm nang để cập nhật các quy định mới, hiểu rõ hơn quyền và nghĩa vụ của mình, cũng như chủ động xây dựng các biện pháp bảo vệ DLCN phù hợp.

[HOT] PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW HANDBOOK

Recently, the Department of Cybersecurity and Hi-tech Crime Prevention – Ministry of Public Security released the Personal Data Protection Law Handbook, covering seven key topics: (i) the concept of personal data (“PD”); (ii) the roles of parties involved in PD processing; (iii) PD processing activities; (iv) data subjects’ rights and the responsibilities of relevant parties; (v) administrative procedures relating to PD protection; (vi) skills and measures for protecting PD; and (vii) frequently asked questions.

The Handbook serves as a useful reference, particularly in the context of the Law Personal Data Protection having officially come into effect and increasing emphasis being placed on compliance requirements applicable to the collection, storage, use, sharing, and processing of PD. Businesses and individuals may refer to the Handbook to stay updated on new regulations, gain a clearer understanding of their rights and obligations, and proactively establish appropriate measures for PD protection.
