  • “Commercial advertisement is a trade promotion activity of a trader to introduce to customers about his/her goods and service business activities” (Article 102 of the Commercial Law 2005);
  • “Promotion is a trade promotion activity of a trader to promote the purchase and sale of goods and provision of services by giving customers certain benefits” (Clause 1, Article 88 of the Commercial Law 2005).
